Carl works virtually most of the time through Skype or Telephone. If you are lucky enough to have Carl in your city for a visit, he will meet you for a coffee. Sessions always last 60mins on the dot.

It is your responsibility to write down the actions you take away from each session. Carl always expects each new session to start with a quick refresh of the last.

Carl likes to keep engaged with where you are at and how things are transpiring for you between sessions. It is therefore your responsibility to Carl to stay engaged and communicate with him regularly. You never know what comment Carl will respond with. It might just be what you need to get re-inspired and keep driving forward.
